  Never had an issue with the oil delivery drivers, the plumber they sent was great, and I had them install a new oil tank and was happy with their work and service, technicians were great. I think that they could definitely improve their customer service, it's not terrible, just could be better imo. That's the only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars.

Rich’s came to my rescue! I came home from work on a Friday to find we had no heat. I called Aiello’s who replaced our furnace only 2 years ago and was told no one could come until Monday! I then called Rich’s who we get our oil from and Caesar came within an hour and immediately identified the problem. He had the part on his truck and had my heat back on in less than 30 minutes! Thank you, for the great customer service, your skilled technician and quick response time.
